Reading the instructions leaflet supplied with the kit, before you start, is very important. Take time to realise your tasks before you start the process of whitening your teeth. It is a simple, and fairly easy method as long as you follow the instructions carefully. Do not rush it. Allocate some time to yourself to go though the leaflet, completing the initial stages, without interuption.

It is as simple as 1, 2, 3...

1. Make the 'Impression' of your teeth in the gumshields.

2. Apply the gumshields with the White Radiance Gel to your teeth.

3. Rinse off in 1 or 2 hours, (depending on your time constraints and your patience) brush your teeth and smile.

Repeat steps 2 and 3 as and when required.
